Description

The Soundless Whistle is a small black whistle, intricately curved from one end to the other. The whistle's composition is unknown, but it is extremely light, and made of a shiny black substance. Unlike many objects, it has no runes or pictures on the surface.

Discrepancies

When the Whistle is blown, no sound is made, true to the name- moreover, no air exits the other end of the artifact. Scales show that the artifact weighs approximately .06 kg, but it is extremely difficult to pick up, and is often compared to a fifty-pound weight packed in a tiny ball.

Powers

The Whistle may be blown safely three times by any given person.

Once blown, it inspires, putting a lust for honor and glory and high deeds in the hearts of those around the one who blew it.

Twice blown, it inflicts great and paralyzing pain upon the foes of that person.

Thrice blown, it has the power to return a dead being to full and happy life.

Four times blown, and the walls are sundered, the castles collapse, the spheres of heaven grind to a screeching halt, and the terrors of the void pour in.

It should not surprise that no-one has ever blown it five times.
